Emily, Mike, and I are going to see Barenaked Ladies today (the band, people, the band!). They'll be signing copies of their "Snacktime" (children's) album at the Barnes & Noble in San Mateo, and doing a performance, as well.

I could kiss Mike for taking the day off, and giving up his regular day off to do so! Oh wait, I did. ;)

The Barenaked Ladies show in San Francisco, which Mike and I attended, was not recorded after all (some sort of union issue). :(

Darn it! It was an excellent show, too.

I forgot to watch BNL on The Tonight Show with Jay Leno tonight!! Darn it! Darn it! Darn it!! I reminded myself like 10 times, too!

OK, I remember everything they played now (with the help of sleep, and looking at their CD's tracklistings to jog my memory... ha ha).

Barenaked Ladies show in San Francisco tonight!
WOO HOO HOO!!

This will be my first non-holiday BNL show, and Mike's first one in general. I'll have a digital camera along this time, too! Should be good times.

I have my camera, tickets, driving directions, and canned goods for the food drive all ready to go, now I just have to make sure I'm ready ( Read more... )

I'm going to use this for a while, since I'm in a very Barenaked Ladies kind of place this week: the new album came out (which I am thus far loving, by the way, I'll post about that later), and I bought concert tickets.
